Sunset View is a beautiful 110 square meter villa located just steps away from the magnificent crystal-clear waters of the sandy beach of Plakias, with its myriad tourist attractions and famous nightlife.



The villa has a 2-story layout. Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, you'll find a twin bedroom and a shower/WC, as well as a kitchenette. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 more twin bedrooms, 2 showers/WC (one en-suite in one of the bedrooms), a large living room, a satellite TV, sofas, and an open-plan, fully equipped modern kitchen. All single beds have a mattress topper and can be converted into double beds. All areas are fully air-conditioned and covered by WiFi internet.



In the outdoor areas, you'll discover a private swimming pool(Please note that the swimming pool will not be available from 15/11 to 15/03) and a terrace with sunbeds, both offering unobstructed and breathtaking sea views. The area is renowned for its variety of attractions, featuring a fantastic sandy beach, sea water sports, fish taverns, restaurants, scuba diving opportunities, cafes, and bars.
