Sunset View is a beautiful 110 square meter villa located just steps away from the magnificent crystal-clear waters of the sandy beach of Plakias, with its myriad tourist attractions and famous nightlife. The villa has a 2-story layout. Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, you'll find a twin bedroom and a shower/WC, as well as a kitchenette. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 more bedrooms, 2 showers/WC (one en-suite in one of the bedrooms), a large living room, a satellite TV, sofas, and an open-plan fully equipped modern kitchen. All beds can be converted into double beds. All areas are fully air-conditioned and covered by WiFi internet.



In the outdoor areas, you'll discover a private swimming pool(Please note that the swimming pool will not be available from 15/11 to 15/03) and a terrace with sunbeds, both offering unobstructed and breathtaking sea views. The area is renowned for its variety of attractions, featuring a fantastic sandy beach, sea water sports, fish taverns, restaurants, scuba diving opportunities, cafes, and bars.

a piece of paradise

Once we found the property and settled in, it was the perfect beautiful and low-key way to begin our Greek vacation. We had plenty of room, the beds were super comfortable, and the location was close enough and far enough away from the in-town beach action.....it really felt like we had our own private slice of the island!

Lovely villa

The villa is lovely. Set over two levels. Comfortable beds. The walk from town is steep so you need to be mobile or have a car. Host is helpful but location would be easier to find if it had a sign. Views ama,ing.
