Traumhafter Urlaub. Perfekte Lage des Hauses. Nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer. Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse aus. Ruhig.

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig gebaut. Mit den zwei Terrassen vorne und hinten kann man wählen, je nach Sonne, Schatten und Wind. Das Haus befindet sich in einer geschlossen Ferienhaussiedlung. Es gibt keinen historischen Ortskern, nur ein Restaurant und paar kleine Läden. Die waren im Mai noch geschlossen. Nur wenige Häuser waren bewohnt. Ohne eigenes Auto kommt man nicht hin und nicht weg. WLAN gab es zunächst nicht. Auf Nachfrage wurde am nächsten Tag die Technik installiert.

Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass bei Übernahme der Unterkunft der Müll nicht abgeholt wurde. Auch ist die Müllabholung durch den örtlichen DL nur unzureichend. Es wird erwartet, dass die Urlauber ihren Müll selber in ein 20min entfertes Mülldepot bringen. Vor allem am Abreisetag! Wobei das Mülldepot in der Vorsaison nur an drei Tagen geöffnet und am Samstag leider geschlossen ist. Zudem gibt es keinen Mobilfunkempfang und kein WLAN

Gut aber mit wenig Aufwand ausbaufähig. z.B. eine Grundausstattung für die Anreise (Toiletten Artikel uvm.) da der nächste Supermarkt 24 KM entfernt ist. Des weiteren wären Insektenschutz zumindest in den Schlafzimmerfenster ein Segen. Die Betten waren bis auf ein Zimmer eine Katastrophe und das ist nicht nur rhetorisch gemeint. Ansonsten ist die Lage und die Anlage insgesamt ein Traum.

In einer gemütlichen, gut ausgestatteten Villa direkt am Strand konnten wir uns von den Alltag erholen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !!

Die Lage, Anlage und Objekt in Summe war gut bis sehr gut! auch der kurze Weg zum Strand ist TOP! Leider bestehen die Aussenmöbel, Tische und Stühle weitestgehend aus Plastik, was auch schon älter war! auch die Innenmöbel sind sehr alt und teilweise mit Mängels behaftet, da hätten wir uns schon etwas mehr Komfort gewünscht, was auch ohne grosse Investitionen realisierbar wäre. Der Kühlschrank in der Küche ist aus unserer Sicht sehr alt und war des Öfteren total zugefroren. hier wäre aus meiner sicht noch Handlungsbedarf. Ansonsten natürlich ein tolle Lage und ein gutes Objekt ! gg
