Air-conditioned cottage with two bedrooms and two bathrooms

Free villa on 3 sides with a small garden and private parking space. Composed of living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with shower. (sleeps 4 + 2) Outside there is a veranda, ideal for eating outside, overlooking the garden where there is a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Equipment: oven, washing machine and TV.

The village of Rena Majore is a residential complex in the countryside which is just 7 km from Santa Teresa di Gallura. It takes its name from its two large beaches present a few hundred meters from the village houses. Inside are all the main services, including bar, restaurant, pizzeria, pharmacy, ATM, market, various shops, as well as a modern sports center with swimming pool and tennis courts and soccer.

Muy buena opcion para visitar el norte de la isla

La casa esta muy bien en cuanto a su ubicacion para visitar la zona de Santa Teresa. La zona es muy tranquila y el estado de la casa y el jardin son impecables. Como unica pega diria que la casa no cuenta con elementos basicos, como papel de WC o jabon para lavadora. Por el resto el lugar es perfecto para pasar unos dias en familia.
