"The hotel was very nice but before we arrived the booking we made nearly 12 months previously was communicated that they wished to move us to a sister hotel. Following communication before we went on this matter it was then confirmed our original booking would stand. However when we arrived for the first two and a half days of the 7 night stay we were constantly battling with the hotel as they only had us staying for 2 nights and again wanted to move us to this sister hotel. "Great staff, so polite and helpful, and a lovely hotel with easy on-demand shuttle to friendly nearby beach and some excellent restaurants on the doorstep. Beware: there may be a wedding happening if you're staying at the weekend between November to February so it won't be as tranquil as it usually is but they are an amazing sight so enter into the spirit of things!"
