"When we arrived at the Hotel they claimed to have no idea of our booking. So after back and forth and multiple phone calls they finally checked their emails to see the Expedia booking. We weren’t offered the chance of having a meal. Then next morning we woke to have no hot (or even warm) water. So cold showers! Apparently someone forgot to turn it on for our room. And the access road to the very remote location is an absolute nightmare, barely passable by conventional car!"

Not given chance to use lift had to carry bags to third floor(we are both 70) not made to feel welcome, just keys thrust at us. "Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll und modern. Leider hatte unser Zimmer im Schlafzimmer kein richtiges Fenster - nur eines, was in einen dunklen Innenschacht geht. Das liegt daran, dass die Unterkunft in einer kleinen Gasse sehr nahe der Altstadt liegt. Für eine Nacht war es für uns jedoch kein Problem.
