Wir hätten es geschätzt, wenn die Terasse schon schön eingerichtet wäre bei Ankunft. Die Möbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen erfüllen aber ihren Zweck."

"This apartment did exactly what it said on the tin ! Nice views from terrace, cross the road & on the beach, nice quiet area and we found the whole experience fantastic. Even when the A/C/Heating broke down, we rang the key holder, reported it and within 5 mins an engineer turned up ! It turned out the fault was to do with the building control & needed a part so, half an hour later, the key holder made a special trip to deliver us a mobile heater ! "Great location dean of d&d properties Very helpfull. Double bed so uncomfortable. Showers over bath so 1980 no photos of bathrooms on website older people would have problems in & out of baths. Also roof terrace needs total refurbishment. Would never have booked if photos displayed of shower bath Ta for everything else. When does the damage deposit paid back. FRANK"

"Property was clean enough, however beds were dreadful, double and singles were just camp beds with thin mattress’s. I slept on the sofa for a week, whilst my family just had to make do. My husband ended up with such a bad back. There was no satalite tv as stated, couldn’t even get normal tv stations"

We would not wish to stay here in high season as Mojacar gets crowded and the terrace overlooks the main Paseo, is above a casino which stays open late and is next door to the bowling Alley. However none of this was an issue for us at this time of year and we were central to just about everything. The terrace looks out on to the beach across the road and is very spacious. "The property was having building work carried out while we were staying as it was low season . We were offered an upgrad to a sea view room which was a beautiful view but we still had to pay the upgrade charge . You would have thought this would have been complimentary due to the room being free anyway and to compensate for the building work ."
