"Amazing experience and we loved our stay here! The property is beautiful and the staff were attentive and polite. Mario was great and always super helpful. The food was good, but I recommend bringing your own snacks if you have growing children that need a snack every so often. My only recommendation for improvement would be to supply each villa with an Ecofiltro water filter or stock each villa with plenty of bottled water. "Paradise in the middle of Panajachel. Hotel is on Calle Santander where all the action is. Tons of shopping and restaurants. An easy 5 minute stroll to the lanchas. The best part is the hot springs tub on the hotel grounds. Hotel grounds are well kept and great security and hotel staff. Stayed here with kids and they have a little play area with swings. "
