Great property. Food was ok. Staff was very helpful. Hot water for showers. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas to sit on the beach. The room walls/doors are thin. Could hear the lady next door taking on the phone and heard every word. Shampoo/soaps provided. Bed was comfortable. There were lots of kids in the pool always. Had a nice gym for the gym rats like myself! Would recommend.

The room itself was clean, but it was labeled as a partial ocean view room that is on the first floor about four feet from the parking lot, and the only way you could see the view is if you had the curtains open so that everyone saw into your room and if you were looking over the hedges to see the ocean. Otherwise, fantastic location, nice room, and enjoyed our stay. Plus the cleaning was phenomenal.

The location was amazing. We ate breakfast out on our own private balcony every morning overlooking the beach. We had a small issue, the microwave didn't work, and they replaced it within a few hours. Lovely place to stay!

We loved our stay, swam at the beach and enjoyed strolling at sunrise. Angel got us checked in and settled quickly and when we created a problem Valerie helped out tremendously. Would love to come back. Only Negative: little refrigerator seemed to be stuck on defrost cycle.

Amazing! The service, the food, the room... everything. We were received with kindness and attention to every need could've possibly had. The owners were really sweet! About the rooms: we still think about the bed. It was so incredibly comfortable. Lovely view and the pool we had all to ourselves. Please don't miss the chance to book your stay here! I had a wonderful 5 night stay at Casa Islena. It is the cutest little inn, right on the beach. The pool and pool area are clean and a nice area to relax. The restaurant in the hotel (where we had breakfast every day) was good. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the property was well maintained. They need to pay attention to the little things. The curtain in our room was broken and would not close so as a result the morning sun would hit us right in the face upon sunrise. Most of the usb outlets did not work, the bathroom outlet was loose so if you tried to unplug your cable the complete outlet would come out of the wall, the furniture in the room was stained nasty looking. Overall I enjoyed my stay, the room was spacious and clean with it's own bathroom and it had a soft bed and great A/C, they don't have cable TV but they do have free Wi-Fi access, they don't have hot water but it didn't make a difference for me because it was 80 degrees in December and I welcomed the naturally warm/cold water, I recommend the place for people that want to experience town life (especially during the holidays) and also to visit nearby beaches, there are plenty of...

Entrance is a bit difficult to find, on the left hand side down the lil street but everything else was amazing! From the rooms to breakfast and service! Love it!

This beautiful peace of heaven better than what I thought. I was in one of the Panoramic Suites and oh boy, what a beautiful view. Room impeccable, nice fridge, coffee maker, nice bathroom, overall a comfortable room.The property is so cute and the manager, she was so nice. We had a little chat when I was departing and they are planning to do great things in the next year or so. If you want to relax yourself in a clean and close to the ocean place, this is the spot. Love it!

Our stay was wonderful. Not crowded at all. We felt as if we were the only ones there even though we weren't. The private dipping pool was amazing. There were also two other pools on the grounds. Plenty of hills and roads on hotel grounds for those of us who like to run. The rooms look exactly like the photos on the website. The chef will make your dish however you request it.
