Brand New Mediterranean Oceanfront Condominium/Crashboat Beach

This lush and spacious two-bedroom condo beach escape is located in the exclusive Puerta del Mar condominium complex, a Mediterranean style development which sits majestically above sea level overlooking the spectacular Atlantic Sea. Our condo is comfortably located on the ground floor of the front-ocean buildings that overlook Crashboat Beach, a world famous sports and diving underworld Eden. So come and relax on a “hamaca” or sit by the terrace sipping a tasty tropical drink while enjoying the cool Caribbean breeze, and experience the most stunning sun set views of the island of “Desecheo”, Aguadilla Bay and the Mona Passage without having to move an inch.


Our apartment offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room area, family, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless steal appliances and a spacious first floor front beach balcony. The impressive infinity pool that hangs over the cliff top is just a step away from the balcony of the apartment as are many other amenities offered at our condo such as gazebos, sun decks, and “miradores” from where you can take a closer view of the Atlantic Sea and the beauties that this West Coast Jewel has to offer.

A sophisticated yet comfortable tropical blue decoration stimulates your senses helping you and your guests/family to relax and enjoy your stay. The condo easily accommodates from five to six people. Our spacious and elegant master room provides a comfortable queen sized bed equipped with a Simmons Beautyrest pillow-top mattress, dresser with ample storage space and night table, walk-in closet, and private bath with separate vanity area.

The second room offers the guest a sturdy, double bed equipped with a lower full-size bed and twin bed on top. Both have comfortable Simmons mattresses. For the writer hidden in all of us wishing to record this dream vacation, our guest room offers a comfortable writing desk, displaying a full-size Puerto Rican tourist map offering relevant information. Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The family room comes equipped with a 42” LCD TV, Blue Ray player, library of movies, and X-Box game console with a variety of games.

This condo offers its residents/visitors resort style amenities: two swimming pools (one infinity with a shared hot tub), outdoor showers, bathrooms, Jacuzzi, children’s playground, canopy spa beds for outdoor relaxing, and sundeck views where you can overlook the sea. In addition, there are two parking spaces per apartment, the security of 24/7 guards, plus remote gated entry. As you can see, Puerta del Mar is the haven that offers you and yours a safe and secure place to enjoy a stress-free vacation.

Aguadilla stay

Property was in a perfect location. Many beaches nearby. Loved crash boat beach and playa Peña Blanca. We visited Rincon, San Germán and Isabella. The condo was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome Family Vacation Location

We had an amazing trip to PR and this condo was perfect! Awesome location and very clean, well kept accommodations. The owners were great to communicate with prior to and during our stay, and everything about the property and amenities was perfect! The views speak for themselves and I will definitely miss having my morning cup of coffee overlooking the ocean from the patio.

Stunning Views

The condo was great, very clean and organized. Owner was very attentive. Was very punctual with providing the information and code to access the condo. She even sent a follow-up email to make sure we were ok with everything. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the west coast.

Wonderful time at your place 🤗

This was our first time not staying at a regular hotel and we loved, loved, loved your place. It felt like home. The apartment is spotless, cosy and comfortable for a family of four. Walking to the pool was so convenient and the views...wow breathtaking. The location was perfect! Only 10min drive from Aguadilla's airport and 5min to one of the main highways in PR. On this trip I wanted to showcase the beauty of the southwest coast of my island to my kids and husband. Being able to stay at such a beautiful apartment made my job easier. Thank you Luis and Nanette for allowing us to stay at your place. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Property

I have stayed in various apartments at this condo. The layout is similar in all of them except for the penthouse apartments. This apartment was spotless and well-maintained. The master bed was soft and excellent to sleep on. The second bedroom has bunk beds that are good for kids but not for adults if you are looking for support, and the top bunk can only handle about 100 pounds. The lower floor has easy access to the pool, the best view of the ocean, Desecheo Island, and a partial view of Crashboat Beach. I do love this property, and I will like to stay here again in the future.

Difficult and inconsiderate hosts, choose another unit.

The hosts started telling us about all their rules and how to check out the week before our trip began. They promised to give our name to the guard but did not. On our way to find the unit I texted them and asked them for the building number and unit number, her response was “look it up in your lease”. Why she couldn’t just tell me I was trying to get past the guard, took us twenty minutes to get thru the guard because she couldn’t be bothered to make it easy on her guests. When we finally got in there are no keys to the front door, you have to walk all the way around to the back every day to get in. Then, there is no hot water because they didn’t turn the hot water heater on. Nobody got a hot shower until day two! They don’t want the electricity bill so who cares if the guests have no hot water upon arrival. There is a giant garbage can full of stagnant water and insects floating right in the front entrance, not disclosed in the listing, I know occasionally there may be a water shortage but to make your guests live with this is inconsiderate. We have stayed in other units at the same condo, many to chose from, and had none of these troubles. The cable didn’t work and the remote controls had no batteries, when we asked for batteries she had them delivered 36 hours later. The coffee maker was Horrible! On the last night the AC didn’t work in the master bedroom. The bunk beds in the guest bedroom are extremely uncomfortable, very hard and people had to take turns in the awful bed. These hosts should not be in hospitality as they put themselves ahead of their guests in every way. I sent her a text message and it took her two days to respond. On our last day we took the beach chairs to Surfers Beach and in one of the pockets were two packages of fentanyl, a schedule III narcotic! The host had us driving around with drugs in her chair! We caught her in lies also and the only thing she cared about was getting our Covid tests for herself, which the govt. mandates but most don’t make such a big deal about it. We are Premier Hosts ourselves and have been using VRBO for 20 years and have never experienced such inconsiderate hosts. You can do better, there are many units in this condo building for rent. The condo itself is fine, well staffed, good location, there is no hot tub though it looks like a hot tub but it isn’t. Beautiful pool and barbecue area, just don’t stay with these hosts they will bring your vacation down..

Relaxing getaway overlooking the ocean and infinity pool soothes the soul.

Love the security of the property, the views, sunsets, and the infinity pool. This was our 2nd time in the complex because we adore it there and this unit was appreciated. Host is very responsive, unit is clean and comfortable. We would stay again!

Great spot with a beautiful view

This condo is exactly as described. It was very clean and smartly decorated. The complex is safe and quiet, coming and going was seamless. The location requires a car, as most things you would want to do are not within walking distance, but the location is pretty central to many regional attractions. Communication with the host was very smooth. There were a few kitchen essentials that we were missing and they were promtply provided. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental, unless you want to be in the center of the party, in which case a beachfront rental will be more what you are looking for.
