    This property is located in Puerta del Mar, which is a resort style complex. It has beautiful and lush surroundings and it has a privileged location overlooking the ocean. It is a gated complex with security guards at the entrance. It has two swimming pool areas: one is an infinity pool that also overlooks the ocean. The complex is minutes away from beautiful beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and shopping alternatives.

    Ensure uninterrupted power supply for up to 72 hours with the automatic backup battery, providing peace of mind and security during unexpected outages in your apartment. Enjoy continuous functionality for essential devices and maintain a sense of comfort even when facing power disruptions.
