"I expected a cleaner property in general. The area around the hotel is quite run down and the hotel hallways smell like post smoke. Many of the staff members are friendly but the Assistant General Manager is abrasive and unprofessional. Poor service and a general attitude that guests are trouble from a couple people at the front desk. My husband and I are retired and enjoy traveling together or alone and the hotel management here is one of the worst encountered. Rooms are cleaned every 4 days. "
