"I like the cleaning in the rooms, pool and all areas of the hotel. The excellent staff, thanks to Marisol and Emmanuel(front desk) professionals, were friendly and respectful. Marisol gave us many recommendations about the Vieques and Culebra Islands, restaurants in the areas, and other places in downtown San Juan. Breakfast is acceptable and free. The food and drink options in the pool and bars were good. Didn't like that I had to walk to the beach about 5 min away, but very accessible. The hotel gave me a chair and an umbrella. The beach was beautiful, the sand very thinning, the water temperature warm."

"It was an exceptional stay. The resort offers something for all ages. I was on a trip with just my husband. We booked an Oceanview suite, and I was not disappointed with the view. The rooms are standard, the bed was very comfortable and in the suite everything is available in the kitchen if needed. There are many restaurants to choose from, as you can also go to their sister hotel next door, the Vanderbilt, but the poolside restaurant, Solera, had amazing food. It was the best chicken breast I had by far. The access to the beach is breathtaking. The staff was very helpful. There were reviews about the noise, I will say if you secure a room near the pools or lobby, then yes the noise can be a factor. We were on the other side and heard nothing as we chose the ocean view suite. The lobby does play music and many guests are in the pool late. If you are visiting San Juan and not planning to tour other areas on the island, you do not need a rental car. Ubers are easy to get in San Juan, and many of the tours offer pick-up from the hotel. This resort was exceptional and I would book this location once again and recommend it completely. "
