The animals are well taken care of, there are activities for kids and adults. The food is delicious. Oasis Lodges

"Lovely place to stay just 10 minutes from the centre offering an oasis of calm. The lodges are spacious, clean, the gardens filled with bird song. Our lodge had two bedrooms, we thought we had only booked a single room lodge. The lodge had a large lounge, two shower rooms, two wcs and a little annex with a sink, tea and coffee making facilities (nespresso machine). Each lodge has it's own large outside garden with sofas under an enclosed patio, sunbed and hammock. The pool area is very pretty, large pool with waterfall & plently of sun beds. There is also pool service available, (a little pricey). Another added bonus is free entry to the attached waterpark just minutes away walking alone the pretty hotel path. Breakfast is adequate with a lot of pastries, cakes, cereal, breads and jams. Hot food is limited (being a muslim country don't expect sausage & bacon as you are used to if from UK) but you have the option of moroccan and scotch pancakes with eggs cooked to order. There are cold meats & cheese but they aren't the best however there are other things available, you certainly won't go hungry. The juices are very good too. We ate at the restaurant which was hit and miss. The best thing about Oasis are the staff who are super, wonderful and friendly. Thank you to everyone who made our short stay so enjoyable including the lovely transfer gentleman."

"Hotel property itself is amazing. Room is clean and big enough. However I was annoyed I had to ask for water and was given tiny bottles and I had to pay for water for room. You get free water even in budget hotels in uk and Europe. WiFi in my room didn’t work. Breakfast is good. Apart from receptionist , Rest can do with some hospitality training, I mange a hospitality venue. Manager here needs to train the servers / waiters to do check backs offer more drinks. Problem here is whenever we are chilling by the pool and when we finish with our drinks we have to find servers for another drink. Also perhaps mix staff per shift with some English speaking team. Some people really struggled to communicate in English. But what I concluded about this business is they are not concern about hotel guests. Hotel is just part of The club, People come to do clubbing and book room after. So we’re just someone to fill the room. I would mention couple of receptionist were extremely helpful. If I can spell her name correctly “Shyma” she is amazing. IF YOU ARE IN MARRAKECH FOR PARTY THEN STAY in this hotel. Not for someone who wants a chill time. I would say perfect hotel for youngsters."

"Rooms were clean , neat and big. Ours was pool facing so good view. I know not many of these have pool facing. Hotel staff was cordial. Food was great . Best part was pools were beautiful and well maintained. Aqua park for kids was the highlight of the trip. Hotel is strict about their policies - a bit easy being on this part will make them a truly great hotel as service comes first. However Hotel servicing staff - Restaurant, Bar, poolside they were cordial. All in all Great hotel for families with young kids. Old and traditional Morrocan look."

"The staff at this hotel are really the stars of the show. While the property is a nice refuge from the hustle bustle of Marrakesh, the facilities are slightly worn. The rooms are very nice and spacious, the pools are a nice, and while we preferred the smaller more private pool, it could have been better maintained,(the tiles were a little green with algae), but again, very nice amenity. We asked for a room change, as the bass of the music being played in the pool area, was pounding in our room. We were quickly accommodated, but we were not really able to get far enough away from the constant pounding bass sound. We decided to take advantage of the small pool in front, where we found some peace and quiet and enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool. Later we had a nice dinner at the restaurant, again the staff are so very accommodating. The sweet receptionist organized a nice excursion to the Ourika valley the following day. We really enjoyed our breakfasts with the wonderful chef Hosmi and our friendly waiter Teoufiq. We had an early departure at 8am, but Hosmi happily made us coffee, and was very sad he could not make us breakfast before we had to go! And I wish we would have taken his suggestion to ask our driver to wait 10 minutes! This kind of hospitality is rarely found anywhere. We truly appreciated everyone’s sincere efforts to make our stay memorable. Bravo!"
