"Unique stay very peaceful great for animal lovers horses kept well (bring cash for horse rides) and staff are very friendly but as hotel guests the day trips were an unknown surprise the hotel offered meaning people coming and going using the pool and wandering around made it feel less relaxing in a small space. "Honestly, the staff were so bad it was ridiculous. From the moment we arrived, they came across cold, blunt and completely uninterested in guests. My partner isn't Moroccan and the way he was spoken to felt noticeably different and uncomfortable. Most interactions felt like we were inconveniencing them simply by being there.
