Come to this lovingly furnished accommodation in the port town of Aguilas on the Costa Cálida. The beautiful furnishings will make you feel right at home. Enjoy the magnificent view of the wide sea from the spacious terrace. Here you can sit with the whole family or your friends and breathe in the fresh sea air. Just relax and enjoy yourselves. For a few laps in the water you can use the pool in the house, but a nicer experience is probably offered by the beach. Stroll along the promenade or let your children frolic in the small waves. Peace of mind is guaranteed here.



In the charming coastal town you can admire numerous traces of Roman times. Especially worth seeing are the famous thermal baths. On the markets that take place you can find delicious fish and other delicious regional products. In the vicinity you will find the nature reserve Cabo Cope z Puntas de Calnegre. Explore unspoiled coastal nature and fantastic coves. Here are also many recreational activities such as hiking, diving, fishing and golf. You can reach the historic Murcia in one hour drive. Here you can visit the beautiful cathedral, stroll through the old town and spend a relaxing day.

Appartment is very confortabile. Seaside is close to it. Water is transparent and fresh. Sand is a nice mix of colored small stones. Loved my hols

Spectacular apartment, communication challenges

The apartment was as pictured and was excellent. Great views of the beach (and could hear the sea from the balcony). Large, spacious and worked perfectly for our family. Easy and good access to the beach, with playgrounds, volleyball nets and soccer nets on the beach as well as a pool. Water is deep as soon as you enter the water, but no undertow. Grocery store a very short drive (or mid length walk), though not much for restaurants and night life nearby. Communication with the property manager however was poor. Novasel did not respond directly to my email messages, sent generic autogenerated and non-responsive replies if they replied at all, and tried to force responses outside of VRBO. On arrival, they insisted on payment of the cleaning fee in cash as well as an extra payment in cash for bathroom towels and bed linens, pointing to their contract and disputing my VRBO reservation. I agreed to half payment for beach towels, and felt I had little choice since they said they would otherwise need to remove the bedding from the apartment. Despite paying (and not being given a receipt) I was not provided beach towels at all. None of this was identified in the VRBO description. However, as noted, the apartment was wonderful, the sea was exceptional and we had a lovely stay once we put the attempt to upcharge us behind us.
