"Friendly, caring, respectful, enjoyable atmosphere. An elegant breakfast at a common table facing the lake. We went to MN to visit an ailing friend, whose condition worsened on our arrival. We weren’t able to see him until our last (3rd) night (at the hospital), but we were physically, mentally and spiritually fed and comforted by our wonderful hosts, Gary and Sandra. We also thank the otters in the lake for their entertainment."

"This was in a great location, close to town. We really enjoyed staying in this private oasis. We enjoyed how thorough Rick was before check-in and during our stay. The cabin was filled with resources on how utilities work, use of outdoor equipment, and household items to use (towels, extra blankets/pillows, washer/dryer). Everything worked as it should have, and the directions were easily understandable. Our dog also loved the freedom to run around in the yard which is far enough from the road for safety. Quick/Easy check- in. Just show up and enjoy. Clean up when you leave. We will definitely be staying again, looking to get fishing on the ice!"
