"By the time they finished phoning their friends to find us a room elsewhere it was late and we had to pay their friends road more. They said they were booked out since 3 days before and that they don't use ebookers. There were still 2 rooms available at their hotel on ebookers that evening."

"A mixed review. We had to book two rooms as we are engaged but not married. We paid for two, but only used one. Apparently their culture and Norms. No mention of this on hotels.com website. The hotel is in real need of a good deep clean and an update. It was filthy. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The price was good and the breakfast was very good and is included in the rate. "We didn’t enjoy parts of our stay. There were no rugs for the cold floors or hand towels in the bathroom. The staff didn’t seem to enjoy our being there which made us feel uncomfortable at times. It was okay as a place to stay, not great. The first riad we weren’t offered tea upon our arrival too. "

"It is an ok place for what you pay. If you are young and want to have a safe and relatively comfortable place to stay this is good, but if you are in your 50s and 60s nd want a more comfortable nicer side of things then this is not the place for you. The location is in Medina so that is good in terms of centrality but the streets in Medina are dirty and you will find piles of trash on your way to the riad, the smell, the noise late into the night all of that comes with this choice. "

"Really enjoyed staying in this beautiful riad right in the center of the Medina! The Front Desk staff was very professional and helpful in accomodating all our needs. Enjoyed roof top breakfast every day with a nice ocean breeze and view of the water. We'll definitely stay there again!"

"Lovely hotel staff very friendly and and try their best to make you comfortable and enjoy the stay with them. The receptionists both guys were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is a short walk to everything very convenient. The top roof was very nice plenty of sun beds and view is wonderful. The breakfast was very nice traditional breakfast with a choice of freshly made omelettes . I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone of my friends and family. Thank you for make my stay very enjoyable. 5*****"
