With regards to the beds I found bed at ITC far better. Bathroom facilities ......at time they had a face cloth sometimes they dont. Shower facility good but if a bit larger it would be much better and for the elderly sit and shower as in ITC would be good.

Not 5 Star property. Very lousy service at reception and room service. Not proper food choice. Rooms are not in good state and broken tiles and so forth. If you are looking for 4-5 star property then definitely look elsewhere..

Property is very out of date compare to what they charge for 5 star rate. Its definitely 3 star and not 5 star. Service is very poor in all front starting from reception to room service. Very poor selection of food and fruit when it comes to room service or in restaurant. Overall disappointing stay and wont consider next time when we are in ahmedabad. Very big no.

Moldy smell in rooms

The rooms have a very strong moldy and musty smell that is overwhelming and probably not healthy. I had to sleep with a face mask on. Every room should have a de-humidifyer to keep this problem at bay. Hotel shows signs of wear that should be fixed. Breakfast was very good however, and service was great.

The staff's attitude, indifference, and the lack of local knowledge was a surprise.Two members, Santosh and Rajubhai had audacity to discuss and whisper and judge the guest which is never seen in other hotels and we have visited a few similar and better hotels. Not usually used to give negative reviews but I thought I must mention this if only so that the individuals mentioned know that guests on the other side of the desk are not stupid and deserve some respect as customers.

A secure hotel. Helpful staff. Hotel is popular amongst auto rickshaws and Uber. Banks situated outside the hotel, to exchange your foreign currency, where you get a better rate.

Tired

The hotel is very tired and needs a total refurb. The cost of INR300k per room per night was the same as the Oberoi in Mumbai and very poor value. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
