Rooms are clean but they need to change bedsheets and pillow cases before next guests check in as i noticed they were not changed

"We generally don't stay at Ginger and not used to such hospitality standard.
Due to less than 20hrs stay in the city and other strategic benefits due to the location, we booked this property. While check-in, the reception guy was extremely rude and inefficient. Absolutely unfit for any hospitality job. Somehow we finished the check-in but bitterness still persists."
