"We had an absolutely amazing time at Lake Dubé! From the get-go, Lauren was super proactive in communicating with us, making sure we had everything we needed well in advance of our stay. On arrival, we found the cottage was stocked with EVERYTHING - all the kitchen stuff we needed (even a pizza stone!), kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe, and the indoor and outdoor fires were already set up with logs and kindling ready to be lit. The cottage is spacious, with amazingly effective A/C (and fire for those infrequent cool/rainy days). The lake is small but without any motorized watercraft is perfectly tranquil for a kayak or canoe. The baby toys, crib and high chair meant we didn’t have to pack much for the infant in our family, while close proximity to a driving range/golf club made granddad happy too. The billards table and darts were tons of fun, and the hot tub was a great way to stay outside even during the couple of nights when the bugs made it less pleasant to go out on the dock (though Lauren has done a great job bug proofing the cottage itself). This was the best stocked cottage we’ve stayed at which speaks to Lauren’s careful touch, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay - a perfect slice of summer paradise for any age group. "

"Kimberly was a great and very responsive host. Everything went smoothly and all according to plan. The property was amazing, with great views down towards the lake. The lake was a perfect spot to hang out with plenty of activities; swim platform in the middle of the bay, kayaks and canoes but the best part was the sauna down by the water. This place is a gem of a cottage for large gatherings, we had 18 guys up. Thanks for the hospitality!! "

"The location is excellent. The cottage was rustic and charming but be prepared it is outdated. If you know that going in you will have a pleasant stay! I wouldn’t say that the beach access was super kid friendly but certainly enjoyable. The cottage itself could use some updates and could maybe be cleaned a bit better before a new guest arrives. Over all we had a great time there and the short 25 minute drive into Parry Sound for a sandy beach and tourist attractions was a nice bonus. The lake itself is beautiful and the water crafts available were a lot of fun! "

"The location of the stay is good with access to waterbody and surrounded by woods with good Fall view all the way from the nearby town. There’s room for lots of improvement for the property. The running tap water at the house is yellowish, which I believe they do not have a good filter system. Also, the property was not built complete which caused heating and power issues throughout. Even though the owner had a solution the next day, I believe completing everything and listing the property would be much better for the guests. Accurate google maps location is not there for the house, so it became difficult to find the stay."
