Happy we chose this hotel. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. They helped us with recommendations and directions to take the train to Zumaia and Hendaia, tapas and dinner recommendations. Hotel in great location, 15-20min walk to old Town or Gros area. Great experience. Would recommend.

Peaceful retreat in rural Basque
If you're looking for someplace quiet and off the beaten path, Lizardi is an excellent option. Dorleta was extremely kind and helpful. My stay was very relaxed.

Stunning views, friendly host, reasonable equipped but stay disappointing partly due to poor weather (so outside space hardly used) and lack of natural light in apartment.
