"Unfortunately our prepaid reservation from several months ago was not known the to staff working the reception. Our party had hiked to the this location (all day hike) and was turned away. The hotel did find another available accommodation with a different property in another town and drove our party there - however would have to pay all over again, and none of the amenities important to us. The staff was not friendly and also could not communicate with Expedia. They ended up ensuring some kind...

Would definitely go back.
"This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at the Lamm, the 2 previous times it was as a couple this time I was a solo traveller. I had a single room and was pleasantly surprised (not having stayed in a single room before) the room had a fridge that came in handy, and a view of the valley from the balcony. The balcony had a seat so could chill out on.
The restaurant was fully booked but as was a resident they found me a table, the food was lovely.
The hotel isn’t actually in Baiersbronn, it’s some 2.5 miles out.
As I said this was the 3rd time there and would definitely make it a 4th"

The staff make this place amazing!
"Honestly, the staff here are some of the most patient, kind, and generous folks you will ever meet.
My only gripe is that the WiFi was very poor and caused issues when in virtual meetings. However, the staff were splendid and am happy to have stayed here. "
