Villa Primavera with pool and sea view / 8 pax
Villa Primavera is located in the middle of a big farm, along with a large / fully equipped shared swimming pool of 60sqm and a tennis court, in a very quiet area.
It is ideal for families: everyone can enjoy the facilities, swimming pool, garden, and equipped kitchens where they can cook easily and low cost. Also for young and friendly couples who like tours to sights and events. It is ideal for 8 persons, with 2 bedrooms and a large living room, big kitchen etc.
Villa Primavera is fully furnished and functional, with a total area of 170sqm which extends on one floor (ground floor) and includes the following areas: 2 bedrooms with double bed, large living room with fireplace and 4 sofas, dining room for 8 people, large and fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry-warehouse, covered barbecue, parking space. One working station is provided at the left corner of Primavera lobby /
living room (1 desk, 1 revolving chair, 1 retractable desk light), enabling the user to use their laptop, (i.e. by using the 2nd router dedicated for the internal spaces of Primavera villa).
The second bathroom was recently renovated and carries the following improvements:
- Complete and large bathroom, surface area 11 sq.m. with beautiful decoration and combined ceramic tiles, equipped with:
- Hanging cabinet - mirror (with all necessary amenities) and with local lighting.
- Wall-mounted - free-standing mirror, two positions (100% / magnification), with lighting, for makeup.
- Wardrobe and drawers (for personal hygiene items).
- Washing machine and large clotheslines / spreaders,
- Large double wardrobes for storing equipment (vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, various brooms and many cleaning items / detergents).
- Laundry basket.
- Vertical towel rail - radiator for drying towels.
- Room exhaust fan.
- Ceiling light fixture with special protection against moisture (IP 45).
Amenities: alarm system, smart TV, video player, fireplace, air condition, radio, cd player, dishwasher and clothes washing machine, iron, hair dryer, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, first aid kit, written directions to the nearby attractions, shared swimming pool with sun beds and outdoor shower, tennis court-5x5, sunbathing lawn, large garden, hot water, heating, WiFi outdoor and indoor.
PROPERTY RULES/GENERAL COMMENTS:
Need to set the alarm system at each guest's departure before locking the house.
Guests are responsible for using the pool.
Need for photocopy of passports upon arrival.
Need to check the house for damages prior to the delivery of the keys (on arrival & before departure).
Please make an effort to avoid water and electrical waste.
Need to cooperate with cleaners and gardener.
Smoking allowed outside the structured premises of the villa.
Domestic animals (dogs / cats) are allowed, in their houses (brought by the renters), which are located outside the structured premises of the villa - Subject to specific terms / see the following list:
The accommodation of small pets, belonging to our guests, is possible (after consultation and without additional payment) with the basic condition that they will fully apply the following terms:
1. The animals will be accommodated with the care and responsibility of our guests, who will also take care of their proper nutrition, cleanliness and health.
2. Animals are prohibited from entering the swimming pool (at any time) and they also cannot use the outdoor shower (nor obviously any indoor one).
3. Pet owners must collect and transport any animal waste as well as their food leftovers and place them on the same day in the bins of the Municipality of Aigialeia (green bins).
4. Animals are not allowed to climb onto the beds and sofas of each villa and much less to sleep with their owners or their children.
5. On the contrary, pet owners must transport the special pillows / bases from their homes (where their animals sleep) so that they feel like they are in a familiar environment.
6. In the event that other guests or friends/visitors are present in the common areas of the complex (swimming pool, bbq, courts, gardens, etc.), the animals must be on a leash held by their owners or be isolated in a closed/covered area, so that they do not approach other people other than their owners.
7. In addition to the above, the rules of proper/good coexistence between our guests also apply and at the same time mutual respect and understanding must prevail between the families being hosted (e.g. avoid continuous and persistent barking, especially during quiet hours, or at night).
8. For any problem that may arise with the pets or between the various families of our guests (related to the animals), please inform immediately the owners or managers of each villa.
We thank you for your willingness to cooperate and implement the above and we wish you a peaceful and relaxing stay, for you and our four-legged friends.
The location of the house is ideal for excursions in beautiful areas such as Delphi, Galaxidi, Kalavrita ski resort, Olympia archaeological site, It is a good base for many excursions to tourist attractions, 6 wineries with wine tasting, religious tourism / monasteries (Mega Cave, Agia Lavra), and directions will be given on arrival by the owner or earlier.
It is set in the middle of a farm, which is full of flowers, plants and crops along with a large 60sqm swimming pool and a large tennis court / basketball / 5x5.
It is located in a very quiet area surrounded by adjacent crops of sunflowers, orange, olive trees etc.
The house is at a vertical distance of about 500m from the new National Road (exit 23 to Selianitika/Logo), access time 5 minutes, at a vertical distance of 1,000m from the beach and at an average altitude of 170m (giving a panoramic view from east to west of the entire Corinthian Gulf), while it is located opposite the "Trizonia" islands complex, with the very beautiful and tourist port for yachts.
