New house on top of a hill in a forest area, bright, fully equipped and decorated in a country style. Access is via an external staircase, the accommodation comprises two bedrooms, a large living room - living room; dining room and fully equipped kitchen - a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Outside, a heated saltwater pool, a large garden and a private terrace in the DRC.
Activities: hiking from the property (GR, Roman road and Sardinia), lake nearby, swimming, possibility of renting pedal boats, boats, stand-up paddle, rowing, etc. - paragliding - horse riding - canoeing on the Rhone - Tennis.

When you look for a relaxing period of vacation, this is the place to be. On the hill, with view on the "lac d'Aiguebelette" you can enjoy the silence while looking over the lake and swimming in the pool. The owners, living next to the guesthouse, are very friendly and supportive.

We where happy that we were very welcome with our dog. We could leave the car at the house and start hiking. The infinity pool is amazing ! The owners are there is you need anything, just ask them. thanks again to Nicole and Chlaude !

Logement impeccable , propre,bonne literie, avec vue exceptionnelle sur le lac,au calme, piscine fraîche mais qui ne m a aucunement gênée pour mes seances d aqua gym :tonifiant !!!!Proprietaires sympathiques ,discrets,et réactifs à nos demandes ( ustensiles de cuisine ).

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Nicole et Claude qui sont d’une extrême gentillesse et très disponibles. Le gîte est très agréable et très propre. Il y a toutes les commodités nécessaires pour passer un très bon séjour. L’extérieur et la piscine sont magnifiques, idéal pour passer des vacances au calme. Notre petite chienne a été accueillie comme un reine. Elle a aussi passé de très bonnes vacances.

Magnifique localisation en pleine nature et situation en balcon sur le lac offrant des lumières et des paysages magnifiques. La piscine bien qu’un peu froide au début du séjour est un atout pour cette location. Le chalet est très confortable et la table dans la pièce de séjour permet des repas avec vue sur lac. Très bons souvenirs du jardin. Claude très attentif au soin de la piscine.

Malheureusement suite à un départ de feu dans le tableau électrique du logement notre réservation a été annulé 5 heures avant notre arrivée (logement réservé depuis plusieurs semaines). Abritel ne nous a pas contacté ni proposé de solutions alternative, très pratique lors d'une semaine de vacances de 6 jours avec un enfant en bas âge pour pouvoir se reloger à nos frais. Le propriétaire n'y est malheureusement pour rien, les accidents et les sinistres peuvent arriver. Sachez toutefois en tant que voyageur que si cette mésaventure vous arrive, Abritel ne vous propose aucune solution et ne prend pas la peine de vous contacter. Le seul point positif est que nous avons été remboursé très rapidement.

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist wunderbar. Der Ausblick auf den See ist traumhaft. Und der Pool nur für uns war ein tolles Extra. Nicole und Claude sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Un gîte, avant tout, avec une vue magnifique sur le lac, le gîte est spacieux et agréable, très propre. Ce dernier est calme et serein. La piscine à débordements est parfaite et calme. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse inégalable et nous avons sympathisé avec beaucoup de naturel. Merci à claude et Nicole pour cette belle rencontre.

La maison est très belle et vue imprenable sur le très beau lac d'Aiguebellette. Logement très propre et fonctionnel (veillez à amener vos propres produits ménagers si vous faites le ménage vous même). Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et accueillants. Piscine superbe, néanmoins elle est susceptible d'être partagée avec les hôtes. Très bon souvenir dans l'ensemble, nous y retournerions avec plaisir. Thomas et Stéphanie

Emplacement idéal pour un séjour au calme au bord de la piscine, avec une vue magnifique sur le lac d'Aiguebelette. Le gîte est spacieux, très bien équipé et la literie est de très bonne qualité (une denrée rare de nos jours). Qui plus est, Claude et Nicole sont des propriétaires discrets et vraiment bienveillants. Une réelle petite pépite !
