The owner and staff were warm and welcoming, the dinner and breakfast they prepared were highest quality, and the room was spacious, clean, and cozy. "We had a great experience. The facilities and cooking class were great. The staff were personally very friendly and helpful. The property was a little tired here and there and it seemed a bit disorganized at times. One thing you should know: this property is pretty remote and it is difficult to go off property without a car. The nearest towns are very small and don’t have much of a taxi service. There are two restaurants on property that are related. One is a Michelin star restaurant and the other is the “bistro.” The bistro menu is quite limited so if you are planning to stay more than two days you will want to go off property for sure. Make sure you arrange transportation in advance."
