The owner and staff were warm and welcoming, the dinner and breakfast they prepared were highest quality, and the room was spacious, clean, and cozy. Zufällig war der Manager vor Ort (mit Baumschnitt beschäftigt) und wir konnten mit Ihm die Situation besprechen. Da er nicht mit unserer Ankunft gerechnet hatte, war das Appartement nicht geheizt (eiskalt) und Warmwasser war erst nach ca. 3 Stunden verfügbar. Wäre der Manager vor Ort nicht so nett und hilfsbereit gewesen, wäre dies eine 0-Stern Bewertung geworden. Das Appartement und die Umgebung...

"We had the perfect stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to base ourselves while exploring the area. The location strikes the ideal balance – remote enough to feel peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to Tourtour that you never feel isolated and can easily enjoy everything the town has to offer. The family who run the property are wonderful, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Before our arrival, I emailed asking for recommendations for local vineyards, and received a swift and helpful response, which was greatly appreciated. The property itself is spotlessly clean, full of charm, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. We are already talking about coming back and are even considering a longer stay next time. A truly memorable experience that we would highly recommend."
