Hotel Simply Stay
Best features: Spacious, clean room and new bathroom fixtures. Air conditioner worked. Breakfast food ran out around 6:30 AM & not replenished until about 7:30 AM. No fruit. Lights: very strange. One lamp had no outlet within reach, so it was unusable. Another light by the bed was extremely difficult ...

In the Heart of Hobbs!
Nice features and attentive host. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Would have liked to have some grass in the yard for our pet, but could walk him nearby. Unfortunately, there was a sewer gas smell to contend with in the bathroom.
