We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, it is very basic but suits our needs as an overnight stop with a dog. Last night we arrived and found the toilet seat cracked through and the sink cracked, the shower sealant was mouldy. I informed the reception about the toilet seat and was told there was no other rooms available and she thanked me for telling her. This morning at breakfast I gave my dog a piece of my paid for baguette and a piece of cheese, the gentleman on reception came into the breakfast room and informed me the food was for humans and not dogs! There was a French man with his dog in the breakfast room, he gave his dog food with no problem. We will not be staying here again and I would not recommend this hotel based onmy latest experience, I felt extremely threatened by the attitude of the male receptionist and his manner towards me.

Nous avons fait halte à Aire sur Adour au N'Atura hôtel. L'accueil était parfait de même que le service. Notre chambre, climatisée, offrait une bonne literie confortable qui nous a permis de bien dormir. La terrasse est très agréable pour prendre un verre en bord de rivière. La piscine était parfaite pour se rafraîchir après quelques heures de routes sous la chaleur. Le petit déjeuner était bon. En conclusion: hotel confortable, avec personnel agréable, excellent rapport prix qualité

L’hôtel est très propre et les personnes au petit soin des voyageurs mais les extérieurs sont loin bien entretenus que lors de mes précédents séjours. Et quelques petits travaux s’imposent dans les chambres: porte de sdbain, des joints à rafraîchir.

nous avons été agréablement surpris par l hôtel classé en 2 Etoiles qui vaut largement certain 3 , accueil très sympathique , chambres agréables extérieur très joli avec une belle piscine . La gérante très conviviale à l écoute . Un petit déjeuner excellent avec possibilité de le prendre en extérieur face à l Adour magnifique . Je recommande à 100%

Cómodo pero sucio

Fácil aparcar, se puede ir andando al centro, habitaciones amplias, wc separado de la ducha. Personal muy amable. Pero hay muchos insectos en la habitación, manchas por paredes y sábanas, una lámpara torcida, grietas por la pared. Necesita una renovación y más limpieza diaria. Chinches, arañas...todo tipo de insectos por la habitación y hasta dentro de la cama un mosquito muerto nada más deshacer la sábana. El plato de ducha manchado, pelos en el grifo. Tengo fotos de todo. Desayuno justito para 8 euros. Lo siento pero no se lo puedo recomendar a nadie ni volveré.

Très bon séjour.

Très bon séjour d'une semaine dans cet hôtel. Le patron est super accueillant et le personnel très agréable. La chambre était très bien, lit confortable et pas mal d'espace. Bon petit déjeuner avec pain et viennoiseries en direct de la boulangerie. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.
