1) There is no television at our location. We aim to provide an environment free of distractions, allowing you to rejuvenate and connect with family and friends. However, Wi-Fi is available.

2) This property is surrounded by complete privacy and quiet—no close neighbors, no traffic noise, just open space and peaceful countryside. It offers a true “away from it all” experience where you can unwind, disconnect, and enjoy the calm.

Although it feels worlds apart from civilization, you’re still within reach of the area’s best activities. Most attractions, restaurants, and small-town amenities are about a 30-minute drive from the property. It’s the perfect balance for guests who want serenity and seclusion without giving up the ability to explore when they choose.
1. Quiet hours: Between 10 pm and 7 am. Please be considerate of our neighbors.

2. Access: Guests are allowed access to the property with the exception of the barn.

3. Alcohol: Wine and beer consumption is allowed on the property in moderation.

4. Drugs: No drugs or illegal substances on any kind, including marijuana.

5. Smoking: Allowed outside only. No smoking in the home. Do not dispose of buds on the ground. A $400 cleaning fee will be assessed for violation of this policy.

6. Trash: Please dispose of trash and pet waste in appropriate containers.
