"The property is beautiful. It's a sprawling resort with areas outdoors in the woods near a cascading springs that I enjoyed sitting at. I liked the lobby, the swimming pools and the exercise room. Checking in was easy. You're sat in the very nice lobby and you're greeted with a nice apple lemon ginger juice while the check in is proceeding. The staff is very nice, attentive and professional. "it was a disastrous experience, we arrived the doors were closed there was no one! when we called we were told because we choose payment at the property, they cancelled our booking without informing us! terrible experience , in scorching sun we had to walk back to the parking outside the city walls and sit in a nearby cafe to search for a new hotel. our day was ruined terrible experience"

"Fantastic property but lacking in service and food quality. We really enjoyed our two night stay but there is a disconnect between the facility and the service. You are in a 5 star hotel with 3 star service. Examples include having to approach staff for beverage service and dining room not being properly set up (e.g. napkin missing, utensils not provided) and having to request items."
