I am still waiting for someone to contact me back about my refund. I had a chat with two representatives that day. I went with my family to the location and there was no one to receive us. We had to pay for another taxi ride back into town and find alternative accommodation. I need to have my money ...

Hapimag Resort Marrakesh
The staff was amazing - all of them, want to mention Aamar though in particular. They go out of their way to accommodate guests' requests, polite and helpful. Room was clean and large but the hotel is a bit dated and located about 30 minutes drive from centre.
