"Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless. They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful. However….. Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve."

"Before coming here we were in a Riad in the Medina. The internet convinced me that was an authentic way to see Morroco. The Riad was full of cockroaches, one crawling on my daughter while she slept. We left the Riad. This hotel is a dream come true. Comfy bed, mini fridge, a tv, and cold air. The bed is great and the bathroom modern. The unlimited cappuccino machine and free cd juice was a nice touch."

"Staying at Bliss Riad was a delight. From the very beginning when Farooq came and picked me up and helped me with my bags early in the morning, I felt welcomed and was set right at ease. Farouk made sure that all my needs were met all the days that I stayed. He was so gracious with me even when I had to wake up super early to go on a tour and leave my suitcase with him somewhere safe. Zineb, made my breakfast platter each morning, and her smiling face lit up my day. She helped me learn Arabic,...
