"Buyer Beware- This host forced me to spend the night in a 100 degree cabin with no AC and although it wasn't listed as an amenity the host never replied to the question of "Is there AC?" Upon arrival and discovering the lack of any cooling capacity on the hottest day of the year the host denied the refund request. Combine this with the complete lack of WIFI (Advertised amenity) and you have the longest inferno of a night imaginable. Do not rent this place in the summer and be sure to consider...

"We stayed at the cabin for a week wish it was longer. The fishing was great right off the dock. The cabin was amazing it had everything u could ask for. Close enough to the small towns. There is not 1 thing I would change."

"Fantastic stay at this Butterfield Lake cabin!We had a wonderful family vacation here with our group of 11, including three little ones under three, and the cabin handled us all with ease. It was incredibly spacious with easy access down to the lake — perfect for fishing and swimming from the pontoon and the dock. It includes paddle boards and kayaks which were a big hit!
