"It is a lovely place with a great breakfast. All team is kind and friendly. Bath towels are a bit worn out, better towels would move them to a 5-star review. Great place to stay while exploring Parque Nacional do Itatiaia and Penedo."

"Não é no bem no centro da cidade, mas dá para ir andando até lá. Fica nos fundos do Parque das Águas. Não tem estacionamento, mas sempre tem vaga na rua. Hotel grande, bonito. Vários salões. Gosto do café da manhã, salão do café fica ao lado da piscina. Esqueci de selecionar que queria quarto com ar condicionado e acabei ficando em quarto com ventilador de teto. Ainda assim foi agradável."
