I am writing to formally complain about an error with my recent stay on 17/01/26.
I specifically booked and paid for a room with breakfast included, as confirmed in my booking confirmation, Itinerary number: 72070141792555. However, upon arrival/at the restaurant, I was informed that my rate did not include breakfast.
This is a clear failure to deliver the service I paid for. I expect to be refunded the cost of the breakfast portion of my booking, or a commensurate compensation for the inconvenience.
Please resolve this matter promptly. I look forward to your reply.
