We would highly recommend this property for its authentic old-world charm and its location to shopping, etc. Very helpful front desk staff. Not sure the breakfast was worth the $, but it was convenient.

A lovely old property in the heart of the city. Steps away from Cours Mirabeau. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Suzanna who made everything perfect when I messed up our reservation!

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is extremely well situated for exploring Aix. Downstairs is unique, the bedroom perhaps a little tired in terms of decor but comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel is gorgeous and in a perfect location. Our room was spacious with a huge bath and comfortable bed. My only complaint is that the air conditioner was not very strong- but the staff provided us with a fan that was a big help.

The main lobby was very impressive. The architecture gave the hotel a good feel. The breakfast was good, but not great. But theroom was fine. Not that it is any fault of the hotel, but rail travelers beware, the TGV station is about 10 miles from the town and it cost me $100 for the two taxi rides. Kind of made me wish that I’d skip this town. If you are traveling by car, it seems to be a very nice place to stay.

The hotel was beautiful and we had a wonderful room (one of the larger rooms). The location of the hotel was perfect. Near the old city but quiet. The staff was wonderful and provided good restaurant recommendations. I also enjoyed the afternoon cocktails and meeting others in the hotel. I definitely would return to this hotel. The parking garage was close by and easy to get to.

Great front desk staff; breakfast was a slightly better than average buffet in a beautiful dining room. The lobby area of this old convent is historically maintained & rich in character. The lobby area & dining area did lack A/C, which was sorely needed during this heat wave. The bedroom we had lacked enough vacant plugs to use for charging our devices. Overall tho, this was a marvelous & comfortable accommodation.

The location of this hotel could not be beaten, perfectly located close to everything - restaurants, shopping cafes, sights and transport. The staff were amazing and our room was huge. They had a Nespresso machine which was very much appreciated, the bed and pillows were comfy, the room was quiet. The hotel itself is in a gorgeous historical building with a very interesting history. I would stay here again if I’m ever lucky enough to return to Aix -en-Provence.
