"Great location for visit to Annecy, central to everthing"

"The location of the property is fantastic, it is only 100m from the entrance of the old town. Free parking is available 300m away but is highly sought after and difficult to get, paid parking outside the property is easy but is 6€ per day. ( traffic wardens were around regularly) The supermarket is within walking distance. So the location is spot-on, however, the cleanliness of the property is poor, when we sat on the bed, other people's hair blew out from underneath and we found several long...

"We had a fabulous time staying in Sevrier. The apartment was clean, had all necessary provisions for a great stay; washing machine, kettle, coffee machines, plenty of cooking utensils and crockery/ glassware. There was a bus from the end of the road running every 20 minutes into Annecy and an amazing bakery with good quality take away coffee at the end of the road. "We loved the location of this property - a short walk from the train station and right in the middle of Annecy. Many shops and restaurants in the immediate area. Large bathroom in the property was excellent but the washroom seemed to run low on hot water after only one shower - leaving someone showering second in a race to beat the cold water! One thing to note is that there was a bit of noise from the restaurant below - this wasn't a big issue for us but for someone who needed to sleep early...

La ville propose des solutions pour se garer et se déplacer en bus qui sont pratiques. Hôte disponible et réactif. L’intérieur du studio est agréable. Il pourrait être parfait mais quelques désagréments : canapé très inconfortable, volet roulant cassé et pas de rideau à la fenêtre, pommeau de douche du haut cassé. Pas d’accès au local poubelle.
