フロントに10人くらい並んでいて、チェックインに15分くらい待たされました。ほんの一時だけなんでしょうけど、何とかしてほしいところです。部屋は思ったよりよかったです。朝食も十分でした。タオルに穴があいてたけれど、値段を考えれば、こんなもんでしょう。満足です。気になったのは、他の方の料金が私よりかなり安かったことです。なぜでしょうか。

息子と3人で喜多方・会津若松に行きました。
フロントの場所の案内がほしかった。3人でもゆったりの部屋で広さやベットは満足でしたが、バスルームのカギが壊れていたのは残念でした。5階にある大浴場の案内が部屋になく、息子がエレベーターまで確認に行きました。ホテルの設備の案内は部屋で確認したいと思いました。スタッフの「あかべえ」には感激！私(母）が大好きなんです。朝食は思ったより豪華で、得した気分でした。場所は七日町やお城に近く大変便利でした。
