Comfortable for 2 people and able to accommodate up to 4 people for occasional stays, the apartment consists of a large living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a loggia, and a large terrace offering a breathtaking view of the sea.

The residence has a collective car park and a bus stop at its entrance. You will also find nearby amenities such as a bakery, a shopping center, a medical center, and a pharmacy.

Located just a 5-minute walk from the most beautiful beaches in Ajaccio and restaurants, the apartment is also 20-30 minutes from the airport and a 5-minute drive from the city center. A multitude of outdoor activities are available nearby, including scuba diving, jet skiing, paddleboarding, boat trips, and hiking.
