The Corse Azur and Ricanto beaches (Tahiti beach) can be reached on foot in 5 and 10 minutes.

Sans doute un très bon séjour. Déjà un accueil personnalisé et chaleureux de la part de Philippe avec quelques produits corses et beaucoup d’amitié. L’appartement test super, bien équipé et avec une vue imprenable du port. Très utile pour voir le feu d’artifice très confortable et le petit dej ou le dîner avec une vue très très bien. Pour le reste c’est super. On recommande.

Au Top

Bon emplacement pour ce logement en duplex avec superbe vue sur Ajaccio. Aucune difficulté pour stationner, proximité des commerces, de la plage et de l'aéroport. Il a fait chaud malgré la clim (40°C à l'extérieur en juillet 😁) à 40 min de magnifique cascades. Bon contact avec les propriétaires qui sont très accueillants ainsi que le voisinage. Je recommande. Ps l'excursion aux îles sanguinaires avec apéro et retour au coucher de soleil était top et l'expédition à la réserve et calanches de Piana était magnifique malgré la longueur du trajet en bateau. On reviendrait sans hésiter.

Great, need some renewal

The apartment is big, comfortable, with lots of light and great views. I has everything you might need. There's only one "but". Some things are way too old and need remodeling/change. Specially bathrooms where you can see all the pipes. And the tiles on the floor and walls are probably from the 80's. Dishwasher, some lights, some mattresses, etc need replacement and electrical installation needs maintenance. And there's some old and useless furniture and other stuff that could be removed to give even more room. But don't get me wrong. If you are not picky about things looking modern, the apartment is very spacious and comfortable and you'll be more than fine. And the terraces are great to have dinner or breakfast with views of the port and the bay. Finally, it has a great plus. The landlord, Sandrine, is very helpful and tries to adapt to your needs as much as possible. She let us leave the apartment late in the afternoon since there was no guest to come in that day. And we got to have the cleaning lady to come in the middle of our stay at a reasonable fare. We had a great time there.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. L'appartement est spacieux, fonctionnel, bien équipé et dispose de très belles terrasses. La climatisation est aussi un élément que nous avons bien apprécié. Nous n'avons pas eu de souci pour garer la voiture car il y avait toujours de la place disponible aux alentours de l'immeuble. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenceur dans l'immeuble. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement.

Magnifique vue dans spacieux duplex

les +: la vue sur la baie d'Ajaccio, la superficie du duplex, et les differentes terasses. La proximité d'une petite plage agréable. Nous étions 6 , dont 2 enfants, et avoir 2 sdb était réellement un plus ! les -: Dans l'annonce il est mis au 3 ième étage et sans ascenseur, mais en fait il y a 6 demi étages pour un total de 54 marches + 6 paliers, cela semble interminable avec des courses, néanmoins ca permet de bruler les calories prises avec les saucissons Corse. Les meubles sont vieux, et les armoires de la cuisine sont surchargées d'ustensile inutiles, mais pas de casserole à induction alors que l'appartement est équipé de cette technologie. Il faut une voiture pour se déplacer, car assez éloigné d'une centre ville , et flâner le long de la digue.

Tres bel appartement

Superbe appartement avec une vue à couper le souffle. Très grand appartement avec trois belles terrasses. Accueil parfait du propriétaire. La plage à 5 minutes à pieds!!! Je recommande cet appartement pour des vacances en famille.
