It consists of: 1 living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom with a bed 140x190 cm, 1 shower room/wc, enclosed common land, garden, communal swimming pool open from May to mid October ,terrace of 15m², garden furniture, barbecue, parking, reversible air conditioning , washing machine, freezer compartment. Option for bed linen (sheets and towels) and final cleaning option.This cottage is located 01 km from the shops, 03 km from the beaches, 02 km from the city centre.Bus stops are located 15 minutes walk away. You will enjoy being in the countryside while being close to the city.

The apartment is really nice and well finished…. BUT it’s just petty that toilet rolls, bin liners aren’t provided, you have to buy them and an immediate €20 charge for threadbare sheets and thin cheap towels. We would have given 5* but it’s just all a bit naff. The bed has a cheap worn out mattress where the springs/pockets are sticking through and it’s all just annoying. The host did respond where a 2 person room had 6 extra people using the pool and annoying keepy-uppy football for 90 minutes continuously, but they must have noticed sooner than they actioned. Really nice couple, nice apartment but it’s the smallest 2 cents for a bin bag that just tipped the edge to only give 2 stars. On feedback from the hosts they are proud they don’t provide toilet rolls or bin liners as they keep the price down by not doing so, but we paid €20 per night cheaper to somewhere else that did. Petty.

propriété de plusieurs gites dans un parc clos, au calme, à proximité des commerces, des plages. Les propriétaires sont par ailleurs très réactifs et très sympathiques ! Adresse à conserver.
