"Nice view"

"My suite was clean and neat. The staff immediately greeted me upon entering the front door and immediately helped me with check-in. They offered information regarding upgrades for my suite and arranged transportation when I needed it. Someone sent me flowers and they weee delivered to my room. My clothes were washed and folded as request. My undergarments weren’t properly cleaned since I was leaving the next day there was no time to have them laundered again. The proper is absolutely beautiful. The Spa was fabulous. I enjoyed my first time in Dubai. It was a wonderful experience. New Year’s Eve celebration was really nice as well. The hotel was easy to find and close to where I needed me to go even with rush hour traffic."

The hotel also provides complimentary shuttle service to and from Dubai Airport, which was very convenient. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and cleaned daily. The in-house restaurant offered high-quality food, and we did not feel the need to dine elsewhere during our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families seeking comfort and convenience."

"All was good, rooms are excellent and so is the service and food. Only complain is about the elevator, it takes forever every time that it’s easier to just use the stairs. Good car parking. Location does not offer a lot in terms of services or public transport. "
