"Every staffs were s friendly and helpful during our stay. The area around was so quiet and relax. Our room was surprisedly neat and spacious, we have enjoyed much during our anniversary stay. One thing, per my request, it was our first time in Furano to celebrate our 20th anniversary. It might be nice if the hotel could offer a little gift for our stay."

"This is a great place to stay right in the center of town. There is shopping and many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking was across the street, and not expensive. The train station is very close too. The breakfast was very good. The only downside was that our room was pretty small for 2 people with luggage. Oh, and the air conditioner worked (an apparent rarity in Japan from what we can tell!)."

"The hotel is about a 10 minutes drive from Furano town, tucked away in a peaceful and scenic area surrounded by nature. It was so relaxing to wake up to the beautiful mountain views right from our room. The onsen was super soothing after a day of exploring! It does get a bit crowded in the evening, so I’d recommend going later at night if you want a quieter time. The whole area is really calm and picturesque, perfect for winding down. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in Furano!"

"The staff and service were excellent, and the area is a good location. There is parking beside the hotel for 800 yen or Aeon 1000 yen (take the ticket in the hotel front). "
