If there was any complaints, it’s that the room was really warm and you couldn’t change the air con, but nothing opening the window can’t fix."

"This is an excellent place to stay in Nagano. It’s a short walk from Nagano Station and a short train or bus ride away to most places you’ll want to see. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel is quiet, and there are laundry facilities and onsen onsite. Highly recommend!"

"Located about a 5 minute walk from Nagano station. Quick check in. Good size room, comfortable and clean. Purchased breakfast buffet and it was very good with lots of variety. Surrounding area is good with lots of shopping. "
