"Absolutely lived everything about our stay this hotel. We arrived into Haneda Airport from sydney at 9.30pm and caught the train to oyr hotel. We got in late coz it was hard beung our first time in Japan reasing the train schedule. So we got to our resort at 11.55pm and the staff were so courteoys, polute and patient which was so heartwarming seeing we, my daughter and I were exhausted from all the travelll8ng. Checking in was so fast smooth and very convenient. The room was perfect, clean, decwnt aize foe her and I as we were hardly there as we went out eceryday to do sightseeing. We would get up at 5.30am and have breakfast at their restaurant which I highly recommend you add to your package when booking your accomodation if you know you have a very busy morning and day ahead of you. Breakfast was always fresh, great variety of food. It was good tjat there was a 24 hour convenience store on the 2nd floor for those late night snacks. We didnt have time to use the facilities such as the gym, the separate men and womens spa pool, the roof pool. The hotel.is literally aroumd the corner fast 5minute walk from Ryogoku Train Station which was perfect. It is also close to the Sword Museum, Sumida Housai Museum and Kya-Yasuda Garden. Our room was always clened everyday.The bed is so comfortable, warm, medium firm and youll definately get a good sleep. The aircon in our room came in handy for the humid weather we had. USB ports if you forget to buy an international charger adaptor."

"Great hotel in the heart of Ikebukuro. It’s more quiet and loosely packed compared to Shibuya or Shinjuku if you’re into that. Stations for JR lines and other local trains are dotted all around the property. Service and staff are really helpful despite language barriers, although language barriers should be thin these days due to modern technology. If you manage to get a room up high you’ll have a nice view of the city. "

"We stayed in the Premier two bed room and it was amazing! For the price I paid it was far and away worth every cent. Having access the the phenomenal lounges alone made it worth it. The room itself was exquisite! Not a huge room but everything about it was top quality. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay as easy as possible and the location is close to Shinjuku station which gets you everywhere. Highly recommend it and will probably book here exclusively on all my Tokyo travel from now on. "
