"Amazing place with excellent customer service. The staff were always polite, responsive, and quick to help with anything I needed. They fixed the phone in my room, helped unlock my safe after I forgot the password 😅, and were consistently helpful throughout my stay.
The hotel is very clean, and I especially loved the unique setup of the pool and poolside area—it has a really nice atmosphere.
I would definitely recommend Kim Hotel and would happily stay here again."
