"The hotel was overall nice, but I would say it needs a bit of maintenance. The room looked a bit more run down than the pictures (things like chipped paint etc) but nothing too major. The view from the Junior Suite was lovely and really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at sunset. The breakfast was quite limited (the only option is Turkish breakfast) and as we were staying for over a week this did get boring. The main issue though would be the language barrier as most of the staff did not understand English, so communicating things like the TV remote not working was a challenge. Also, the wait staff were all very young and inexperienced so food service was often slow or non-existent. One waiter would pick his nose and then serve us food which was not pleasant. But overall, the hotel pleasant and the pool area is lovely."

"It said all inclusive when booked. But they charge for bottled water and Turkish coffee. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. There was no door to the shower making it hard to take a shower without getting the floors all wet. Overall, highly disappointed. "

"I loved staying here! We booked the deluxe sea view room and it was incredible. We had a top floor room, a massive balcony, a bathroom with every piece of toiletry you’ll need, a snack bar that was replenished daily and a nice lounge area. The beach was incredible, perfect for families and couples. There’s 2 private areas on the beach that are age 16+. You can order drinks to your sun beds although you’ll need to go to a restaurant to get food. The pool was massive and the water slide was so fun. So many bars and eateries on site, there’s not enough time to try them all. The food was super delicious, cocktails were excellent. The only downside was that service isn’t great at the Al a crate restaurants, we found it to be a bit slow and waiters would always forget what we asked for/ordered or would get it wrong. Although there were some super lovely people working there. Guest assistants Aybuke, Melda and Unver were a delight and so prompt when dealing with our requests. Emre at the patisserie was very sweet to us. Highly recommend staying here! "

"We’re thoroughly enjoying this stunning waterfront property—it’s incredibly peaceful and relaxing, with breathtaking views all around. The spa is a serene retreat, featuring an exceptional Turkish Bath that adds to the experience. The local cuisine is impressively fresh and flavorful, with beautifully presented dishes that elevate every meal. Our stay has been so soothing and enjoyable that we’ve decided to extend it by another night and treat myself to a spa appointment. Last but certainly not least, the staff have been exceptionally accommodating, professional, and responsive—always attending to our needs with genuine warmth and positive energy.
