" visited Sera Lake Resort Hotel with my family and it was a great experience. The staff were great, and the service was excellent. Room was clean and well maintained. The restaurant had amazing food. We enjoyed also the beautiful sceneries while having breakfast or lunch. We loved the evening with a great scoop of ice cream. Overall the experience was great. "I would not go back to this hotel again. It is located on a truly good location, but, management has no idea how to take care of the the hotel guests. Room we stayed was so small, Bathroom door was not even closing, no bathroom towels other than just two small hand towels. I asked for towels not only to the receptionist, but, to the Manager as well, no awail."
