"This property was very nice and accommodating. Our host did a great job of communicating and staying in touch with us. The only small problem (which ended up not being a problem at all for us), is that the property is ONLY accessible by boat. They do provide a small barge for you to burrow and they offer a “boat taxi” service. Overall the experience was great, just be prepared for a tiny boat ride across the canal."

"2 family Spring break trip was an absolute blast and Mulberry Estate was a big reason why. Was clean, nicely decorated, plenty of room, beds, and entertainment options to accommodate our large and age diverse group. It was centrally located so it was a manageable distance to all the excursions we had booked (Downtown NOLA, Whitney Plantantion, Cajun Encounters, Global Safari, etc.) Plus it was close to great shopping and eating options in Ponchatoula and Hammond.
