"Beautiful gardens! A quick walk from the station."

"On my recent two week trip to Japan I stayed at four different hotels, they were all various levels of good but the Hiroshima Hilton was my clear favorite. Excellent facilities, wonderful staff, and by far the best washlets I encountered. "

"Great location right on the street car line and walkable to the downtown pedestrian shopping area. We had two rooms each with two beds. The room in the front of the hotel had a nice window to the street in front and both rooms had two small windows on the side of the building. The windows had good sound proofing and cut most street noise when closed. We also appreciated the Continental breakfast provided in the lobby in the morning. Overall a very good value and we really enjoyed Hiroshima. "

"Good place to stay in Hiroshima. Only problem area is check in- we left bags, ca me back at 3, room not ready, told to wait , they forgot us do in end went up to reception again and they had the key ready but not told us. Always lots of people sitting waiting to check in and it seems two people on each terminal…and they struggle to sort stuff on the system… our breakfast booking had to be queried…. Why is this ( and other members of the group) the only one where we seem to always wait ages at reception? Had this before. Only hotel in Japan we stayed at where reception was slow or at standstill. Staff try hard but it must be a system issue, a training issue or not enough staff"

"Check in with as easy and they were accommodating holding luggage for a few hours. Close to the train station and convince store next door."

"ANA Crowne Plaza Hiroshima was a fantastic hotel. We were able to store luggage prior to check-in and the staff were most helpful with any questions we had. The room was very big for Japanese standards, with plenty of options inside the hotel for dining - but be advised, you will need to make a booking ahead of time. We went up to the rooftop beer garden on the night we checked in and it was all booked out. The hotel is quick five minute walk from the Peace Park/Museum and the ferry to take you straight to Miyajima. There’s a ton of restaurants in walking distance and you’ll find a coin operated laundry over the road too if you don’t want to pay hotel laundry prices! Highly recommend the ANA Crowne Plaza Hiroshima! "

"This property is incredibly luxurious and a short walk to Peace Memorial Park, shops, restaurants and transportation options. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable, and had a panoramic view. The included elaborate breakfast, also with wonderful views, was a wonderful surprise. The room was stocked with anything you could need, including skin-care products and little packaged sweets. The staff was friendly and professional. Taxis were lined up outside, making it especially easy to get back to the train station. We would stay here again and highly recommend it. "
